Our highly skilled personal trainers continually update their skills and knowledge in order to bring latest research and trends to developing programs for our clients in all areas of fitness, including rehabilitation.

Our trainers have a friendly, supportive approach and are committed to helping you achieve outstanding results!

We train in our fully-equipped studio which provides a bright, open, comfortable and safe training environment. The equipment we have rangers from treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, to cable machines, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension cables, boxing gear and much more.

Core Impact has a strong emphasis on team, where we have and are continually building a close-knit, supportive community of clients, members and trainers.

Our facility has change rooms and showers available for use after your training sessions.

Michael has been in the fitness industry as a personal fitness trainer for 10 years now. Prior to this, he was a very competitive young man, competing in as much sport as he could; from athletics to cross-country and football. But basketball was his main passion and drive, playing at state level right across Victoria.

With his experience competing in all these sports, he understands the commitment needed to achieve outstanding results.

Michael’s training isn’t about making his clients feel sore and sorry for themselves… there’s much more to personal training than that, Michael’s aim is to help his clients become fitter, healthier and happier people.

Since becoming a trainer, Michael has continually updated his skills with his latest qualification being Rehab Training… This has enabled Michael to help clients with injury prevention, which is helping clients strengthen, loosen or stretch muscles. If an injury is present, he can help in the rehabilitation of that injury, with your pyhsio or Osteo.

Michael’s knowledge of different training styles and techniques makes him a very diverse trainer and he is able to help his clients achieve their health and fitness goals. He is very motivating and encouraging during training and you will enjoy challenging sessions whilst having fun!

With a background in teaching, Glenda loves working with people of all ages, young and older. She takes great pleasure in sharing her passion and enthusiasm for keeping fit, and understands the importance of motivation, encouragement and staying positive when on the road to achieving health and fitness goals.

Glenda includes life-coaching in her weight loss training programs in Melbourne, and has a keen interest in nutrition and getting the balance right in all lifestyle areas, so that you have increased energy levels, lose some weight if needed and manage the stresses and challenges of everyday.
